Mariah Carey is celebrating Pride Month by giving one lucky fan the chance to win a bundle of signed merchandise and an Instagram follow in honour of Stonewall Day.
The #Beautiful singer is marking the 52nd anniversary of the Stonewall riots – on June 28 – with the giveaway, which is open to fans worldwide.
“Happy to team with @REALPRIDELIVE to support Stonewall Day, working in the fight for full LGBTQ+ equality and its beneficiaries @translashmedia and @TransTechSocial. Donate now for a fun prize pack! #StonewallDay,” she penned.

The Stonewall Riots marked the beginning of the modern gay rights movement in the US and worldwide, as members of the LGBTQ+ community fought against a police raid on the Stonewall Inn in Greenwich, New York City.
Mariah’s giveaway comes after she unveiled a new line of merchandise earlier this year, including shirts, sweatshirts, socks, and hats with her name written in rainbow letters, inspired by the star’s 1999 album ‘Rainbow’.
Also included is merchandise giving a nod to her 2001 soundtrack LP ‘Glitter’ and a rainbow fan with the word “shade”.
The Somewhat Loved (There You Go Breakin’ My Heart) singer is partnering with social advocacy organisation Pride Live for the giveaway.
According to reports, Mariah is working on “a heavily R&B-influenced album” and another world tour.
Speaking about the new music, she recently told fans during an online discussion: “Oh my gosh, you guys! I’m like obsessed with what I’m doing right now. But I can’t reveal it yet. It’s exciting!
“I’m really with this music. I haven’t made [music in this way] in years. During the pandemic, I was able to rest my voice and get it back to where it needs to be. So here we are!”
