Details of Jools Holland‘s 2025 New Year’s Eve show have been revealed.
Airing on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer on December 31, ‘Jools Holland’s Hootenanny’ will feature an eclectic mix of musical talent helping the nation rung in the New Year.
Among the artists performing this year are Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, Olivia Dean, Lulu, Jessie J, Craig David, Heather Small, The Kooks, Imelda May, Joe Webb, David Hermlin and Ruby Turner.
Ronnie will be performing tracks from his recent anthology, ‘Fearless’, with Jools, while Olivia and her band will play hits from her latest album, ‘The Art Of Loving’, along with a cover of Natalie Cole’s 1975 classic This Will Be (An Everlasting Love) with Jools.
Lulu will perform renditions of David Bowie‘s The Man Who Sold The World and Relight My Fire with Jools and his band, while Jessie and Jools will perform a Frank Sinatra classic plus her recent single Living My Best Life.
Returning to the show for the first time in 25 years, Craig will perform cuts from his debut album, ‘Born To Do It’, and his most-recent LP, ‘Commitment’, while Heather is set to team up with Jools and his band on two M People anthems: Moving On Up and Search For The Hero.
Amd The Kooks will revisit hits from their debut album, ‘Inside In/Inside Out’, as well as songs from their most recent LP, ‘Never/Know’.
