Limahl is marking one year since the release of his latest solo track Still in Love with its debut physical release.
The former Kajagoogoo star dropped the single – his first in eight years – in 2020 as a digital only release, and 12 months later the tune is finally coming out on CD.
Limited to 100 copies, each disc comes in a card sleeve signed by Limahl, with the option of a personalised message.
And every order includes a free Limahl pen and keyring/bottle opener.
Speaking about the single in a press release, Limahl says: “I have definitely been in the same place emotionally as our protagonist in the song.
“Dark days, unable to get out of bed with curtains staying closed, (gay love is just as painful as straight love), however, what a great feeling when u get through the other side and start learning to love yourself again.”
He continued: “I wasn’t going through this at the time of writing the song, far from it, have been blissfully happy with my lovely partner Steve for 26 years and in our ‘Civil Partnership’ for 11 years.”
The Still in Love CD is available to pre-order directly from Limahl’s online store.
