‘Knebworth 22‘ is pulling ahead in the first look at this week’s rundown, for what could become the fifth solo No. 1 from the Oasis star, following ‘As You Were’ (2017), ‘Why Me? Why Not’ (2019), ‘MTV Unplugged’ (2020) and ‘C’mon You Know’ (2022).
It’ll be his 13th chart-topper overall, having gained an additional eight No. 1s with the band.
Elsewhere in this week’s first look from OfficialCharts, electronic duo Jungle are matching their previous LP, ‘Loving In Stereo’, as ‘Volcano’ reaches No. 3, while David Bowie’s ‘Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars’ live reissue sirs at No. 4.
Post-punk group Public Image Ltd. could secure their first-ever UK Top 10 with ‘End Of World‘, as the record is currently at No. 7, while singer-songwriter Lucy Spraggan is at No. 12 with her latest album, ‘Balance’, which could become her seventh Top 40 LP.
