Kylie Minogue, Gwen Stefani and more are set to perform at NBC’s New Year’s Eve special.
The pop icons lead the pack of A-list stars welcoming in 2021 during the festive extravaganza from Times Square in New York City, with Blake Shelton, Chloe x Halle, Jason Derulo, Bebe Rexha and Doja Cat also set to hit the stage.
Hosted by Carson Daly, this year’s event will look slightly different, with revellers are being encouraged to watch the show from the comfort of their own homes, due to the pandemic.
“I’m excited to be with Amber [Ruffin] and tWitch live in Times Square to broadcast the iconic ball drop to millions of viewers on TV, but will miss the revellers who can’t attend live,” says Carson, per E! News.
“Our diverse music line-up offers something for everyone in your family. See you on NBC!”
Kylie’s appearance wraps a massive year for the star, which saw her top the UK charts with her latest album DISCO, which earned her a spot in the history books as the first female artist to score a No. 1 album across five consecutive decades.
On New Year’s Eve, she’ll also stream her Infinite Disco show for the second time, giving fans the opportunity to re-live live performances of some of her greatest hits, plus DISCO cuts like Say Something and Real Groove.
Meanwhile, 2021 sees Gwen drop her fifth LP, which is preceded by its lead single, Let Me Reintroduce Myself, out now.
