Jennifer Lopez has shared a new trailer for her forthcoming Prime cinematic original ‘This Is Me… Now: A Love Story’.
The 65-minute feature will be released on February 16 alongside the superstar’s ninth album of the same name.
According to a synopsis, the film “is like nothing you’ve ever seen from Jennifer Lopez”.
“Alongside director Dave Meyers, Jennifer has created a narrative-driven cinematic odyssey, steeped in mythological storytelling and personal healing,” a press release continues. “Dropping in tandem with her first studio album in a decade, this genre-bending Amazon original showcases her journey to love through her own eyes.
“With fantastical costumes, breathtaking choreography, and star-studded cameos, this panorama is an introspective retrospective of Jennifer’s resilient heart.”

‘This Is Me… Now’ is preceded by the lead single, Can’t Get Enough, with the album serving as a sequel to her 2002 LP, ‘This Is Me… Then’,
Speaking to Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, Lopez said of the project: “We captured me at this moment in time when I was reunited with the love of my life [actor Ben Affleck] and we decided we were going to be together forever. The whole message of the album then is, ‘This love exists. This is a real love.’
“Now I think what the message of the album is very much if you were wondering if you have, like me at times, lost hope, almost given up, don’t, because true love does exist and some things do last forever and that’s real.”
