Sibling trio Hanson are back with their new song Don’t Ever Change, featuring Cheap Trick’s Rick Nielsen.
The power pop number is lifted from the group’s upcoming album ‘Against the World’, with piano and tambourine setting the backdrop for Nielsen’s crunchy guitar work.
“Don’t Ever Change is about the madness and beauty that love brings accompanied by a pure power-pop guitar riff,” Taylor Hanson says in a statement.
“The fact that the legendary Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick agreed to lay down a guest solo on the song takes it to a whole new level.”
Alongside the single release, the group also shared an official music video, showing the brothers performing on a brightly lit stage with the song’s lyrics emblazoned across a neon screen behind them.
Don’t Ever Change follows lead single Annalie and, although a release date for the album has yet to be confirmed, the group plans to share more songs and additional content over the course of the year.
