Dua Lipa will play a second show at Wembley Stadium next summer after the first sold out in just five minutes.
Due to “incredible demand”, the Training Season hitmaker – who released her latest album ‘Radical Optimism‘ earlier this year – will now play at the iconic, 90,000 capacity venue on June 20 and 21, 2025.
Captioning a video post on Instagram after hearing the news, she wrote: “I heard it’s coming home so I thought I would too (AGAIN)!!!!
“Wow this was the best morning wake up call!!! YOU GUYS SOLD OUT WEMBLEY STADIUM IN MINUTES!! I love you so much we’re adding another date for ya!!”
Tickets are on sale now and are available here.
“A couple years ago, a friend introduced me to the term ‘Radical Optimism’. It’s a concept that resonated with me, and I became more curious as I started to play with it and weave it into my life,” Lipa says of her current record.
“It struck me – the idea of going through chaos gracefully and feeling like you can weather any storm. At the same time, I found myself looking through the music history of psychedelia, trip hop, and Britpop.
“It has always felt so confidently optimistic to me, and that honesty and attitude is a feeling I took into my recording sessions.”
In a review of ‘Radical Optimism’, RETROPOP said the album “reinforces Lipa’s position as one of today’s pop greats”.
