Donna Summer’s Back Where You Belong (Jean Tonique Remix) has been released from the forthcoming ‘I’m a Rainbow – Recovered & Recoloured’ album. 

The track features on the posthumous release, featuring remixed versions of recordings intended for the disco icon’s ‘lost’ ’80s album. 

It originally featured tracks produced by Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte, but was axed weeks before release.

Now, a slimmed-down, 10-track version of the album is to be issued, featuring the tunes completely re-imagined by a host of international producers, including the new Jean Tonique mix. 

Ladies on Mars, Le Flex, Junior Vasquez and Figo Sound are among those who have also contributed to the release, which is due out October 29.
