Culture Club’s Rainbow In The Dark live stream will now take place with a limited 1,000-capacity audience.
The group will perform all of their biggest hits plus fan favourites during the exclusive show on December 19th, which will air three times depending on your time zone.
After moving the gig from the Royal Albert Hall to London’s The SSE Arena, Wembley, the Boy George-led group will now stage the show before a socially-distanced crowd, based on new Covid-19 guidelines.
Following Boris Johnson’s announcement that the city will be placed in Tier 2 of the government’s localised restrictions, the band have been given the green-light to release more tickets for the concert.
Audience members will be seated socially distanced within their bubbles, while the Karma Chameleon group’s performance will also be livestreamed after the show ends.
Announcing the Rainbow In The Dark gig, the group penned on social media: “Everyone is searching for new ways to connect, and music is our satellite.
Virtual and physical tickets are available here:
“Living in such challenging times, we hope we can bring you optimism and hope through our music,” they added.
Shows will air at 10 pm GMT, 10 pm ET and 7 pm AEDT and you can get your tickets for your chosen broadcast here.
