Bryan Adams has made his first label move in over 40 years by signing with BMG to release new music.
The Summer of ‘69 hitmaker had been with A&M since 1978, when he signed a record deal for just $1.
Ahead of his 15th album release, the star signed a new deal, admitting he’s “delighted to join the BMG team”.

Thomas Scherer, BMG president repertoire & marketing in Los Angeles and New York, added: “As soon as we met with Bryan and his team to listen to the album, we instantly connected with the songs.

Although a title and release date for the new album has yet to be announced, Bryan said in a recent Instagram Live he has a “rocker” of a single on the way in October.
