Suede are set to release an expanded edition of their 10th album ‘Antidepressants’ later this year.
The band’s most-recent LP included the singles ‘Disintegrate’ and ‘Trance State’ and peaked at No. 2 on the UK Singles Chart following its release in September 2025.
Now, ahead of their co-headline tour with Manic Street Preachers, the group has confirmed plans to drop a deluxe version of the album, featuring the new single ‘Emotionally Unavailable’, along with the new tracks ‘Medication’, ‘Dirty Looks’, ‘Sharpening Knives’ and ‘Overload’.
Also set to be included are 11 demo recordings of the songs from the original album.
Due July 10 via BMG, the album will be released digitally and on 3CD,
On ‘Emotionally Unavailable’, vocalist Brett Anderson says: “It seems to me that contemporary life has a kind of powder-keg feel. A taut atmosphere, like there’s something explosive about to happen, a latent anger, a lurking darkness, a frustration that requires suppression.
“We are all striving for connection in a disconnected world.”
‘Antidepressants: Expanded’ is released on July 10 and available to pre-order from Amazon, HMV, Rough Trade, Townsend and more. Listen to ‘Emotionally Unavailable’ below.
