Rumours are rife that Roxy Music will perform during the legends’ slot at next year’s Glastonbury festival.
The group, fronted by Bryan Ferry, who just kicked off their 50th anniversary tour in the US, are said to have secured the gig for 2023.
Posts published on the eFestivals forums website suggest the apparent news comes “from a very reliable source,” while a follow-up tweet from the official eFestivals Twitter account added further fuel to the fire.

“I’m hearing that Roxy Music will do the Legends Slot at next year’s Glastonbury,” it read, adding: “Like all rumours, it might be wrong but I don’t think it is.”
Roxy Music have never performed at Glastonbury, although Bryan headlined the West Holts Stage as a solo artist back in 2014.
This year saw Diana Ross perform during the legends’ slot, following show-stopping sets from Dolly Parton and Kylie Minogue in recent years.
Roxy Music return to the UK with their 50th anniversary tour in October.
