The Prodigy are set to release a special 25th anniversary edition reissue of ‘The Fat Of The Land’ later this year.
The group will celebrate their third studio LP with two anniversary releases, including a limited edition 2LP silver vinyl package, with a new version of Alex Jenkins’ artwork.
Announcing the reissue, the group shared a remix of their classic hit Firestarter, courtesy of drum ‘n’ bass star Andy C.
Ahead of their 10-date UK tour in support of the anniversary, the group penned: “We can’t wait to get back onstage to play our tunes for the people again.
“The 25th anniversary of ‘Fat Of The Land’ felt like the right time for us to step up.”
Hinting at the new music, they added, “We’ll be droppin tunes from all our albums and maybe some shit u haven’t heard before.”
The group closed their post by dedicating the tour and subsequent release to late bandmate Keith Flint, who passed away in 2019.
“This one’s for Flinty,” they said, “Now let’s fuckin go!”
‘The Fat Of The Land’ 25th anniversary edition is out November 4 and available to pre-order now.
