Ex-Yell! star Daniel James has unveiled a festive remake of his latest single Lovin’ You.
The track, a cover of the Minnie Ripperton classic, features Malissa Whitehouse, who helps give the tune a feel-good makeover.
Of the single, he says: “When I was growing up I always loved it when my favourite artist would give their hit a Christmas Twist.
“I always thought that if the opportunity came along I would love to do that.
“As my current single Lovin’ You originates from an iconic much loved original, I was very respectful when I gave it an uptempo conversational feel and added another hook and orchestration.”
It follows Daniel’s previous releases Set Your Spirit Free and Don’t Want to Lose That Girl.
