Garage legend Craig David and pop star Mabel are in line to join Simon Cowell on the panel of his new musical game show ‘Walk The Line’.
The series has been described as a “musical version” of ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?’ in front of a panel and will see contestants compete for a £500,000 prize pot.
Craig, who recently released the MNEK collaboration ‘Who You Are’, has already been confirmed to sit alongside Simon and Mabel – whose mum is Neneh Cherry – is also set to join, according to The Sun.
An insider says: “Mabel is somebody the producers have been in touch with for a while now. They think she would bring something really fresh to the panel.
“There have been initial discussions, but no final decision has been made yet.
“Bagging a hot star like Mabel is a real coup for the series.”
Mabel has all the credentials for the show – in 2020, she picked up the BRIT Award for British Female Solo Artist following the release of her debut album ‘High Expectations’ the previous year.
