Spice Girls have dropped new track Feed Your Love as part of their ‘Wannabe 25’ celebrations.
The previously unreleased outtake features on the group’s new four-track EP, celebrating 25 years since the group released their iconic debut single.
Co-written by the group with Richard ‘Biff’ Stannard and Matt Rowe, the R&B ballad appears alongside Wannabe – which the pair also penned – along with a demo and remix from Junior Vasquez.
Feed Your Love was originally intended for Spice Girls’ debut album ‘Spice’ but, according to Nylon, was scrapped for being too “racy” for their audience.
The ‘Wannabe 25’ EP is available digitally, and on 12″ Vinyl and Cassette, available to pre-order now.
Marking 25 years, the band is also launching the #IAMASPICEGIRL campaign, encouraging fans to share their stories of the group, with a selection set to be featured on their website and social media channels. All videos and message can be sent via spicegirls@umusic.com.
“The Spice Girls belong to everyone and that’s why we want to mark 25 years of Wannabe by celebrating our incredible fans,” said Emma Bunton, Mel B, Melanie C and Geri Horner.
